up up up

They want to build small comunities around a group of highrise apartments or condos. It's the future of Las Vegas they say. And around the Strip the are a lot of projects, mini cities, up is the answer to rising land costs. If the strip ends up looking like the New York skyline it's OK. The fact is that people are paying for things that are still on the drawing board. The sellers are selling, people are buying It is a feeding frenzy of a sort. 300K apts are sold before a shovel of ground is turned.
Buyer beware!
