Happiness

The topless club Treasures is about to get back their liquor license and permission from the city council to re-open. It will happen. They got in trouble when it was alleged that a girl solicited a guest but it was a vice set up and got dismissed. Nothing happened. These clubs are a part of Las Vegas. They make a lot of money. And it is just another tourist trap. Tease only.
Not that there isn't prostitution in abundance here ( like everywhere) but not at these clubs. At least not if you don't respond to a very dry hump.
The debate about property taxes rages. School people want all they can get and say they need so much but there is so much money available it just needs to be allocated correctly. The governor wants to give a rebate to car owners for registration fees. 300 million dollars total. He is dreaming cause the state government will never go for it. Putting that money towards education makes a lot more sense.
The state got a lot of money from the tobacco companies in a suit and it has been used to help low income foke get medicine at low cost. There is talk of stopping that program. 300 mil would keep that program floating. Even the rich who would get back the most, owning several expensive cars, think that money could be better spent.
