monorail down again

I'm sorry. I can't resist.
The Las Vegas monorail is down again. Something happened, and it stopped working. Nobody got hurt. Some people were stranded for a while but got off.
This thing is the most expensive least reliable public transport anywhere anytime. A bad joke and an economic disaster.
Maybe if Christo would hang drapes along it's route it would be pretty.
